Randy Williamson (KWEI drag racing Champion) has been hot, red-hot! Randy not only won the Stinker Season Opener, but followed up with a big win at the NAPA Ignitor in the Pro division. He toppled a class of nearly 60 racers during the Lucas Oil Drag Race Series to pickup the NHRA Wally trophy and a cool $1,000 in cash. In a good final, Williamson drove his Vega over former track champion Duane Noe. During eliminations he ran .050/9.84 (9.77 dial) over Joseph Karnes, .023/9.84 (9.84 dial) over Tim Shaw, .042/9.78 (9.82 dial) over Brandon Higgins, .042/9.84 (9.80 dial) over Rose Shaw, and .074 9.88 (9.87 dial). Noe finished at .074/13.36 (13.32 dial).
